1. Ordering Procedures

- From the product that published on MyStyle, Choose your desire garment.
- Write down the Code and Quantity.
- Send your Order to info.myfashion@gmail.com
- Within the email, provide us your Name, contact details, delivery address, product Code & Quantity.




2. Payment Method

- MyStyle online shop do support payment made in Maybank, Hong Leong Bank & RHB Bank.
- Payment should be made within 3 days after the order have placed, else the order will be cancel due to the T&C.
- The payment amount should have include the delivery charges.(More details refer to Shipping Q or Shipping Policy)
- Customer are allow to doing online banking, ATM Transfer, cash deposit and cheque deposit are allow as well.
- When payment have made, email the payment details to MyStyle online shop within 24 hours.
(If customer paying by cheque, remember to email the cheque number as well.)
- ** Keep the bank slip and whatever payment slip for future used.

3. Shipping Policy

- Once MyStyle online shop have confirm the payment with bank, we will arrange and delivery your goods within 3 days.
- checking the delivery charges with SkyNet Courier Service.
- FREE delivery will given once purchase are more than RM230.00 for both East & West Malaysia. (Garment Only.)
- Shipping number will be given by email once the goods have delivery, so customer could track their shipment details.
(MyStyle online shop will not liable for any loss of goods during the delivery process but we do try our best to provide a smooth and reliable on delivery.)

4. Exchange & Return Policy

- MyStyle Online Shop do allow exchange and return in some situation.
But MyStyle staff will check very carefully before the product are packed and delivery, so this problems hardly happen.

5. Disclaimer

- We can't 100% guarantee the color and effect that in photograph, since the lighting and color effect are difference, but as a consultant towards it, I would say that it won't have much difference within.

- For the size of the garment and shoes, there will be slightly difference in 0.5 cm - 2 cm since the sizing checking way are difference.

货物更换条例

一. 发错商品或款式

Wrong Goods Have been delivered

1. 换货说明：若已向客服审核通过后，证实商品是我们配送失误，那您所寄送过来的快递费都由My Style商店承担，并且更换后的寄送快递费也由My Style商店承担。

Exchange Term：If the mistake have been checked & approve by My Style that it's My Style's fault for the wrong delivery, the customer's postage which send back to MyStyle will be responsible by MyStyle and we will free for re-shipping the goods.

2. 换货信息：商品款式定义是以电邮证据为准，某些客户坚持使用口头信息或MSN下单者，My Style商店将不对此类型的客户做出任何保障，所以也无法为他们进行换货。

Exchange Msg：The product type that sold is based on the email confirmation,if customer using MSN or by speaking, MyStyle will not accept the order, and we will not allow to exchange the stock as well.

3. 换货时限：收货后24小时内需提交换货申请，申请通过以后，三天内需寄回错误商品以及提交返送“货物更换号码”给我们。（货物更换号码将会附在确认换货通过邮件内）

Exchange Dateline：During the first 24 hour, customer must sending the exchange request back to MyStyle. If the exchange have approve,please send back the goods within 3 days and enclose the “stock exchange Number” which given by My Style within the exchange confirmation email.

4. 换货包装：返送到My Style商店的所有商品都必须使用合格的包装方式以确保商品的无损。如果因运输产生的商品破损，相关的损失将由您来承担。

Exchange Packaging：Customer should make sure the products that send back to MyStyle did not damage during the shipping, else customer should responsible for the lost.

5. 换货状态：所有返送到My Style商店的商品都须保持出售时原状及不影响二次销售，由于商品不全而造成无法换货，My Style商店将不承担此责任。

Exchange Situation：Every good's condition that return to My Style must allow to be in resold condition, if the products returned are not complete and damage, MyStyle will not take responsible on it.

6. 办理换货：My Style商店在收到您所寄回或送回的商品后，会在24小时内为您处理换货流程以及在三天内重新寄出您的商品。

Exchange Proceed：After the return goods have been received,My Style will preparing the goods within 24 hours and re-delivery within 3 days.

7. 换货缺货：若您所要更换的商品或款式正在面临缺货与断货状态，我们将会把您的余额默认直接存入您名下的My Style商店帐户，您可以在下次购物时使用。如果您需要将余额帐户中的款项提出，请向客服人员提出申请并将银行卡号告知客服，在收到申请后，我们将在10日内完成您的退款事项。

Exchange Out of Stock：If the stock exchange required are out of stock, we will keep the customer payment under the customer's name in MyStyle customer account for next purchase. If customer wants to refund, kindly send email to inform MyStyle and we will proceed the refund matter.

二. 发错颜色 Wrong Color have been delivery

1. 换货说明：若换货审核通过后，证实商品是本店配送失误，那您所寄送过来的快递费都由My Style商店承担，并且更换后的寄送快递费也由My Style商店承担。

三. 漏发商品数量 Miss Out the product which should be Delivered.

1. 补发说明：若审核通过后，证实是我们配送失误漏发商品，补发的快递费将由My Style商店承担。

Delivery Term：If MyStyle make mistake in Miss Delivery the goods,the delivery postage will be responsible by MyStyle.

2. 补发信息：若是赠品漏发，我们将在您第二次购物时才联合您的新订单补发。

Delivery Msg：If MyStyle miss out the free gift which should be deliver to customer, the gift will be delivered together with the customer's next order.

3. 补发时限：收货后24小时内需提交补发申请至 info.myfashion@gmail.com ，申请通过后3天内本店将补发您的商品。

Delivery Dateline：Within the first 24 hour, customer should email to info.myfashion@gmail.com for re-delivery Request, if the request have approved,MyStyle will send the goods within 3 days.

四、售后问题

1)

问题：实际商品是否与图片一模一样？
回复：由于个人电脑银幕显示器会因不同的设置而产生不同的色调，而且每个人对于颜色的辨识度也并不一样，所以我们无法确认您所看到的商品颜色与商品的实际颜色是否会完全一致，差别并不大。

Q：Will the product that in reality will be the exactly same with what I see？
A：Because of the monitor viewing are different, it will cause some differentiate of the color, so My Style could not guarantee the similarity are 100%, but it won't cause a big difference.

问题：关于尺寸合身问题，该怎么处理？
回复：My Style商店已把所有衣服尺寸清楚列明，您只需在购买前自行在家里量一量，然后再和我们的尺寸对比就可以知道衣服是否合身了。但所有的衣服尺寸都可能会 出现0.5-2cm的小差别，全因不同的测量方式。所以，若是收到的衣物不合身，My Style商店没有办法退款。

Q：How about the Size problems ？
A：Based of the size problem,My Style have clearly states all the information of the product, customer only needs to check their size at home then will know whether suitable. But all of the goods would have differences in 0.5cm to 2cm, because the size checking way are different, if the goods receive not suit to the customer, My style would not make refund.

问题：可以换货吗？
回复：为了避免多人拥有同样的衣服款式，所以My Style商店一种衣服只有1到3件，如果货物完了，将不被允许更换。更换条例可查询 “货物更换条例”。

Q：Can I exchange the goods ？
A：To avoid too many people wearing the same cloth, My Style only have 1-3 pc of the same type of products, if there are out of stock, then the goods would not allow to exchange. For the Goods exchange term and condition, kindly review the "Exchange Term & Co."

问题：如果一旦确认可以换货或退款，我该怎样处理？
回复：如果出现这种情况，您可以将您的全名、联络电话、银行户口电邮到 Info.myfashion@gmail.com 或传真到03-40236673 。请千万不要把资料填在留言箱上，以免遭到不法之徒利用。

Q：How should I do once I've allow to exchange the stock or get refund ？
A：If this happen, you could list out your Name, contact number, your Bank and account number, email to Info.myfashion@gmail.com or fax to 03-40236673. Must Not left your private details on the sharing corner, to avoid others to use it for bad purposes.

三、配送问题

1)

问题：My Style商店都支持哪些快递公司？
回复：My Style 商店现在支持的快递公司有SKYNET Courier Service。 为了商品的安全，以及货物快速到达，所以全部将采用此快递公司。另外在特定地区还有老板私人载送。

Q：Which of the shipping company do My Style support?
A：My Style currently do support SKYNET Courier Service, for the safety of the product and the speed of delivery. For certain area,My Style's Director - Cindy will made delivery by her own.

问题：这些快递方式安全吗？
回复：所选快递公司享有不错的信誉，在外包装没有被拆封、没有撕毁的情况下您都可以放心签收。另外，于特定地区老板会亲自载送，更不可能有问题。

Q：Is the shipping company secure?
A：The courier service company do have quite good comment, with the term and condition,if the packaging did not damage, you may receive the goods. Other than that, for specific area, My Style's Director - Cindy will made delivery by her own, so it is secure.

问题：到货后我该如何验货？
回复：目前根据快递公司的行业规定，您需要查看外包装是否完好，如果都没有问题，您可以放心签收，若有问题请拒绝签收。如果您打开包装后发现疑问请第一时间到联系本商店，我们将会根据实际情况进行处理。

Q：How should I check the goods condition?
A：Customer should check the packaging condition, make sure the goods packaging has no damage, you can receive it, if there are damaging, please do not receive it. After receive the goods, if there are problems found, kindly check with My Style,we will handle it according to the request.

问题：可否在店面选购试穿后直接购买商品？
回复：很抱歉，是不可以的，本店只属网店，无任何实体店所以并无展示商品或到店面自提的功能。

Q：Can I go to your shop and try the goodies?
A：Sorry, My Style is an online-based company, we do not have any local shop available.

5)

问题：一般下单后多久我能收到货？
回复：通常在确认订单及汇款后，我们1天之内准备，根据不同的地区派送，货物最快会在3天后寄到，最迟将在10天内寄到。

Q：How long will I need to wait for the product I bought?
A：Normally after the confirmation of the order that customer have made and payment have transfer to My Style's account, we will prepare the goods within 1 day and according different area delivery, The earliest will be 3 days, customer will receive their goodies, else will be within 10 days.

问题：My Style商店支持哪些银行付款？
回复：My Style商店目前支持MAYBANK、HONG LEONG BANK、RHB BANK银行汇款。

Q：Which bank do My Style support？
A：Currently My Style do support MAYBANK、HONG LEONG BANK、RHB BANK。

2)

问题：国外客户如何付款呢？
回复：目前My Style 商店只将产品售卖于住在马来西亚客户。

Q：How Foreign Customer can buy My Style Product？
A：Currently My Style only sold the products to customer who stay in Malaysia.Sorry for the Inconvenience.

3)

问题：付款后商品出现缺货该如何呢？
回复：My Style商店建议客户下单前像我询问是否有存货，确定有存货后才下订单，My Style 商店将为您保留货物三天的时间。三天以后若您在付款后商品出现缺货，My Style商店将通知您换取其它有货的商品或暂时存放在您名下的个人账号户口，以供它日使用。若客户坚持要求退款，我们将抽取订单总额的15％作为服务费，基于退款事项需到银行查办，所以退款事项将在10天内完成。不过这种问题并不容易发生，所以不需要担心。

Q：What should I do if found that there are out of stock after I have made payment？
A：My Style suggest customer should get information from Cindy and make sure whether the stock are available before made payment. Customer should only make order after the confirmation. My Style will keep the order for 3 days time, kindly pay the exactly amount as soon as possible, else the order would be cancel. If the payment have made and found that there are out of stock, My Style will keep the exactly payment under customer's name and use it for next order. If Customer want to refund, My Style will charge 15% as service/administration fee.The Bank will in charge of the payment return matter. But these problems hardly happen, so please do not worry.

4)

问题：付款后需要通知吗？
回复：一旦成功汇款后，请即刻在汇款当天用电邮寄付款通知或者将汇款证明发送电报至 fax: 03-40236673及保留付款单据以便日后确认所需。

Q：Do I need to inform My Style after my payment have made?
A：Sure! Kindly email your payment information or fax it to 03-40236673 and keep the payment information for future needs or prove of payment.
