一、购买问题

1)

问题：你们的商品价格还能再低些吗？（议价）
回复：My Style商店并不提供议价，但常常会有部分商品的优惠活动回馈客户。

Q：Can I bargain the price for My Style Product ?
A： Sorry, My Style are not allowed to bargain the price, But My Style will have promotion on certain product.

问题：你们的商品质量能保证吗？
回复：My Style商店保证所有商品都是新货，决不会有二手货的风险。

Q：My Style Product have guaranteed of the product ?
A：My Style guarantee that all My Style product are BRAND NEW, would not have the risk of buying 2nd hand product.

3)

问题：在下单后如何得知是否发货？
回复：在得到您的汇款通知以后，确认了银行已经过账，7天内货物将会送出。在送出货物之前，本店会致一封电邮通知您。

Q：How do I know when will the Product deliver to me after my order have made?
A：My Style will deliver your goods within 7 days after the confirmation of Bank that the correct amount have paid.Before the delivery, My Style will send an email to nudge you that our goods will be deliver at what date.

问题：“店里价格”是否包含了运费？
回复：看情况。如果是在特定地区，将是免费运送，其它的就需要付SKYNET快递的运输费。但是如果数量超过3件，本店会特别为您调低运输费，而且会电邮通知您。

Q：Is the tag price include the shipping fees ?
A：It's depends. There will be FREE shipping fee or specific area. Others will deliver by SKYNET COURIER SERVICE. If the order amount are more than 3pc, My Style will help to reduce the shipping fee, and it will be inform by email.

问题：我如何知道或询问有关物品的资料或详情呢？
回复：所有的商品资料与详情都会在商品页里显示，若您有不详的地方您可以将您的具体需求与疑问在SHARING 部分留言或者电邮到本店，我们会根据您的需求与问题进行解答。

Q：How do I know the Product information ?
A：All of the product information will be clearly specified within the website. If you have any enquiry, please do not hesitate to leave your message on the SHARING corner or email My Style, we will do further explanation according to your question.
