货物更换条例 Exchange Term & Co.

货物更换条例

. 发错商品或款式

Wrong Goods Have been delivered

1. 换货说明:若已向客服审核通过后,证实商品是我们配送失误,那您所寄送过来的快递费都由My Style商店承担,并且更换后的寄送快递费也由My Style商店承担。

Exchange Term:If the mistake have been checked & approve by My Style that it's My Style's fault for the wrong delivery, the customer's postage which send back to MyStyle will be responsible by MyStyle and we will free for re-shipping the goods.


2. 换货信息:商品款式定义是以电邮证据为准,某些客户坚持使用口头信息或MSN下单者,My Style商店将不对此类型的客户做出任何保障,所以也无法为他们进行换货。

Exchange Msg:The product type that sold is based on the email confirmation,if customer using MSN or by speaking, MyStyle will not accept the order, and we will not allow to exchange the stock as well.

3. 换货时限:收货后24小时内需提交换货申请,申请通过以后,三天内需寄回错误商品以及提交返送“货物更换号码”给我们。(货物更换号码将会附在确认换货通过邮件内)

Exchange Dateline:During the first 24 hour, customer must sending the exchange request back to MyStyle. If the exchange have approve,please send back the goods within 3 days and enclose the “stock exchange Number” which given by My Style within the exchange confirmation email.

4. 换货包装:返送到My Style商店的所有商品都必须使用合格的包装方式以确保商品的无损。如果因运输产生的商品破损,相关的损失将由您来承担。

Exchange Packaging:Customer should make sure the products that send back to MyStyle did not damage during the shipping, else customer should responsible for the lost.

5. 换货状态:所有返送到My Style商店的商品都须保持出售时原状及不影响二次销售,由于商品不全而造成无法换货,My Style商店将不承担此责任。

Exchange Situation:Every good's condition that return to My Style must allow to be in resold condition, if the products returned are not complete and damage, MyStyle will not take responsible on it.

6. 办理换货:My Style商店在收到您所寄回或送回的商品后,会在24小时内为您处理换货流程以及在三天内重新寄出您的商品。

Exchange Proceed:After the return goods have been received,My Style will preparing the goods within 24 hours and re-delivery within 3 days.

7. 换货缺货:若您所要更换的商品或款式正在面临缺货与断货状态,我们将会把您的余额默认直接存入您名下的My Style商店帐户,您可以在下次购物时使用。如果您需要将余额帐户中的款项提出,请向客服人员提出申请并将银行卡号告知客服,在收到申请后,我们将在10日内完成您的退款事项。

Exchange Out of Stock:If the stock exchange required are out of stock, we will keep the customer payment under the customer's name in MyStyle customer account for next purchase. If customer wants to refund, kindly send email to inform MyStyle and we will proceed the refund matter.

. 漏发商品数量 Miss Out the product which should be Delivered.


1. 补发说明:若审核通过后,证实是我们配送失误漏发商品,补发的快递费将由My Style商店承担。

Delivery Term:If MyStyle make mistake in Miss Delivery the goods,the delivery postage will be responsible by MyStyle.

2. 补发信息:若是赠品漏发,我们将在您第二次购物时才联合您的新订单补发。

Delivery Msg:If MyStyle miss out the free gift which should be deliver to customer, the gift will be delivered together with the customer's next order.


3. 补发时限:收货后24小时内需提交补发申请至 info.myfashion@gmail.com ,申请通过后3天内本店将补发您的商品。

Delivery Dateline:Within the first 24 hour, customer should email to info.myfashion@gmail.com for re-delivery Request, if the request have approved,MyStyle will send the goods within 3 days.
